1. Design Services

The starting price is the beginning cost of starting a new project, which includes content harvesting, and information gathering and research, which by itself can take a couple of hours to get orientated. (If you vet out as much as possible what you want in your mind it will help us come very close on the first draft to your intended vision).

Revisions Are small changes done to a design that does not change the designs overall feel.

A proof is a close to final draft submitted to the client to check for spelling errors, content, and sometimes color. With each job and project we are in a partnership with you, we cannot take responsibility for your vision. You alone know what you really mean, how to spell certain names and places. We kindly ask that you will be vigilant with us to catch spelling errors and typos because we are only human like you but if we work together to minimize errors we guarantee that you will have the best outcome.

 

A version is a design not based on the previous design. Beginning a new version can start the graphic design process all over again.

 

Payment:  For larger transactions of more than $1,000, we accept a 50% retainer fee, instead of waiting until the end for a lump sum, this keeps the final blow easier on you and keeps us motivated to work hard for you.

 

A draft is a design based on the previous design with major revisions.

 

File Adjustment: If down the road you get an idea to add on to your project we cannot do that for free.

 

We prefer to deal with clients that have an Email Address for various reason that are beneficial to both the client as well as ourselves.

 

All time must be win / win. The truth of the matter is we love graphic design.  We operate on a win/win philosophy so everyone can get what they want out of the deal. We want to be able to be creative for you and you get the fruits of our labor, but we need to be compensated for time we spend on your behalf in order for us to develop your idea to its fullest potential.  We value you as a client however, we need everyone to understand that we would not operate as a business if we worked for free. 

 

 

2. Off-Set and Screen Printing Services

 

We are committed to realistic customer satisfaction. We will reprint any product that fails to meet our customers’ quality expectations. However, we are NOT responsible for typing, color, images, digital image quality, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process. These are solely the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds, Cancellation, and Reprinting Policies

All print orders contracted to and manufactured by Devija are high-quality, customized products. Therefore, Devija and www.devija.com cannot restock or reuse any print order and its related material, including but not limited to film, proof, inks, screens, press plates, apparel and used paper.

By the act of the customer’s order confirmation and proof approval, the customer formally instructs Devija and www.devija.com to proceed and complete print production of the customer’s order. Once proof approval and print production has begun, Devija and www.devija.com cannot cancel the order and cannot provide a refund.

In addition, the customer acknowledges shipment receipt of the approved print order and cannot refuse receipt of shipment.

In addition, the Customer cannot refuse payment of print order if client has approved their artwork proof and confirmed the order.

Since all print orders are high quality, customized products, credit card payments are charged prior to print production and shipment.

Filing a Complaint and Reprint/Credit Policy

The Customer can file a complaint regarding a print order within 10 days of receipt of order. After 10 days of receipt of print order, the Customer waives any right to file a complaint and receive print credit or a reprint.

The Customer must file a complaint in writing by letter, fax, or email. Devija and www.devija.com cannot accept verbal complaints. The Customer must provide the Order Number and a detailed description of the complaint/issue.

NOTE: Any use of the print order by the customer constitutes acceptance of the order and the customer immediately waives any rights to file a complaint and receive print credit or a reprint.

The customer must return all printed materials in dispute to Devija and www.devija.com at the customer’s expense using ground delivery. No new replacement product will be shipped until the disputed order has been returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

If it is discovered that Devija or www.devija.com has committed an error in the customer’s order, Devija and www.devija.com, upon its discretion, will reprint and ship the order at Devija's expense.

A reprint constitutes reprinting an order based on previously approved digital artwork proof, film, paper, and finishing (such as coating, machine folding, etc.). If the customer wishes to change any aspect of the previously approved order, the customer is not entitled to a reprint and is responsible for all costs.

Devija and www.devija.com ships all authorized reprints via ground service only. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling upgrade costs.

In lieu of a reprint, Devija or www.devija.com can provide a print credit for a future order. This credit is good for up to one year after issuance. The value of the print credit can be for all or a portion of the complaint order and is determined solely by Devija and www.devija.com.

 

PMS Color Charts are available for exact color matching if requested.

4. Apparel Service

We will not make you pay for our mistakes. This is one of the reasons we ask so many questions about your project up front. If it is determined that the order was not completed correctly, we'll issue a full or partial refund once we have received the products you send back. If you decide that you don't like the end product, but it was completed as requested, we will not issue a refund. However, we will work with you to redo your project to your satisfaction.

If you need to send a product back because of our error, we will cover the costs of shipment. Because these are usually custom projects, we have no use for the products after printing/embroidery and do not offer returns for any reason other than our mistakes.

5. Web Design & Hosting Service

 

If the client halts work and applies by registered letter for a refund within 30 days to Devija, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate stated above, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 30 days of signing this contract. The above also applies to upfront hosting fees. No refunds for hosting will be made after 30 days unless server logs demonstrate that the web site was not accessible via a standard internet browser viewable for a period more than 10%.
